Hospitals are complex healthcare organizations that require effective administrative systems to support service quality. A common issue is the lack of integration between administrative systems across units, which may lead to service delays, data duplication, and decreased patient satisfaction. Therefore, this community service activity (PPKM) aims to implement an integrated administrative information system to improve efficiency and service quality at Bhakti Asih Hospital Tangerang. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach involving hospital management and administrative staff. The stages of the activity include needs analysis, system design and customization, user training, as well as implementation assistance and evaluation. Through these stages, the integrated administrative information system was developed in accordance with organizational needs and field conditions. The results indicate that the implementation of the integrated administrative information system improves data management efficiency, accelerates service processes, and minimizes administrative errors. In addition, the system enhances inter-unit coordination and supports data-driven decision making. Therefore, the implementation of an integrated information system can serve as an effective solution to improve overall hospital service quality.
