The development of digital technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt their marketing strategies to enhance business competitiveness. Digitalization at UMKM Kerupuk Ubi Marlia has become a strategic step in expanding promotion and attracting more consumers. One of the efforts made is utilizing digital media, such as registering the business location on Google Maps and optimizing business information online, making it easier to be found by the public. With digitalization, MSMEs can increase business visibility, expand marketing reach, and attract consumer interest. The results of digitalization show that it provides convenience for consumers to obtain information about the business and the products offered. This has the potential to open opportunities for increased sales and attract more visitors. Digitalization also helps MSMEs reach a broader market and enhances efficiency in promotion and services. Therefore, MSME digitalization is an effective strategy to support the development of Kerupuk Ubi businesses in the rapidly evolving digital era.
