Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an important effort to improve public health status. One simple yet highly effective behavior is handwashing with soap; however, many community members still lack awareness of its importance. In fact, washing hands with soap is one of the simplest and most effective actions to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases. Limited knowledge regarding the importance of proper handwashing techniques may increase the risk of disease spread. This community service activity aims to improve children's knowledge and skills regarding proper handwashing practices using soap. The methods used include health counseling, demonstrations, and direct practice through a participatory approach involving lecturers and students. The results indicate an increase in community understanding of the importance of proper handwashing. This health education is expected to raise community awareness in implementing clean and healthy living behaviors and encourage hygienic habits from an early age.
